ADMINS: User Dashboard Instruction Text Area

This area of the Admin panel provides the administrator of the opportunity to give detailed instruction to various users in their system, at the point in which those instructions are most needed.

CEU Holder Profile Dashboard 

Text entered by the Admin in this area, will appear on all of your connected CEU Holder dashboards. Advantageous content in this area includes:
  1. Concise listing of licensure requirements in your region/specialty. It is important to put these in clear easy to understand language
  2. Define for the CEU Holder, any of regulatory naming around the different bins of continuing education that is required, and or provide an understanding of the types of courses that may qualify.
  3. Provide the CEU Holder and understanding of the term or length of period required in order to achieve said continuing education requirements.




CEU Holder Submission Form 

Text entered in this area will appear at the top of the CEU Holders submission application form. Critical information to include in this area:
  1. Specific bullet point listing of the exact supporting documentation that is required by your organization in order for the application to receive a complete review. This is the single biggest reason why CEU Holder submissions are returned back to the CEU Holder.
  2. Outline for the CEU Holder a realistic estimated range of days in which they can expect their application to be reviewed and a decision return to them.
  3. Any other notations or comments you are consistently sending back to your applicants when their submission was not fully successful.




CEU Provider Submission Form

Text entered in this area will appear at the top of the CEU Provider's submission application form. Critical information to include in this area:
    1. Specific bullet point listing of the exact supporting documentation that is required by your organization in order for the application to receive a complete review. This is the single biggest reason why CEU Provider submissions are returned back to the Provider.
    2. Outline for the CEU Provider a realistic estimated range of days in which they can expect their application to be reviewed and a decision return to them.
    3. Any other notations or comments you are consistently sending back to your applicants when their submission was not fully successful.




CEU Reviewer Dashboard 

Text entered in this area will appear at the top of the dashboard for Reviewers in your platform.  Critical information to include in this area:
  1. Outline for your Reviewers your expectations for how long Reviews should take once they have been assigned.
  2. List for your Reviewers any specifics centered the required grading bins or scale that you have established.  
  3. In needed, provide a clear rubric of how course credit reviews should be standardized, by listing a point per attribute scale, or a clear set of milestones required to receive a certain rating.
