ADMINS: Course Attendance Module Instructions
The Admin course attendance module section allows organization administrators to enter approved CEULid into CEU Holder's Lockers directly.
Stipulations to be aware of for this Admin functionality:
- The CEULid entered must be an approved application from the organization that you are currently working in. CEULid from other accrediting organizations cannot be entered into the form.
- The email address of the CEU Holder to receive this credit, does not need to be connected to your accrediting organization directly.
- The CEU Holder email address entered will be sent an email notification that you have entered credit available to them. If they have an existing CEU Locker account, they can accept the credit, and select which dashboard they would like the credit applied to.
- If the CEU Holder does not have an existing account, they will be offered the opportunity to create a free account for the storage. If they choose not to make an account immediately, the credit entry will be held in an archived database, where it can be utilized in the future, if they create an account with the same email address.
NOTE: In the near future, an import mechanism is planned for this module to upload multiple CEULid/email pairs together.
