ADMINS: Course Attendance Module Instructions

The Admin course attendance module section allows organization administrators to enter approved CEULid  into CEU Holder's Lockers directly.
Stipulations to be aware of for this Admin functionality:
  1. The CEULid entered must be an approved application from the organization that you are currently working in. CEULid from other accrediting organizations cannot be entered into the form.
  2. The email address of the CEU Holder to receive this credit, does not need to be connected to your accrediting organization directly.
  3. The CEU Holder email address entered will be sent an email notification that you have entered credit available to them. If they have an existing CEU Locker account, they can accept the credit, and select which dashboard they would like the credit applied to.
  4. If the CEU Holder does not have an existing account, they will be offered the opportunity to create a free account for the storage. If they choose not to make an account immediately, the credit entry will be held in an archived database, where it can be utilized in the future, if they create an account with the same email address.
There are TWO options for entering pairs of CEULid:email address  --  Single Entry and Bulk Entry

Single Entry Instructions:

Bulk Entry Instructions:

    1. Navigate to:  Admin panel >> Do Things >> Course Attendance Module
    2. Utilize the spreadsheet template shown to format your data upload (screenshot)
    3. File must be in .csv  format
    4. After uploading your bulk pairs,  a confirmation screen will appear (screenshot)
      1. (a) these CEULid's are not recognized by your Organization's system
      2. (b) these email addresses are not current CEU Holders connected to your organization. These will be sent an invitation to connect to your Organization
      3. (c) all checked pairs will be send notifications via email that you have entered a CEULid credit item for them.  They are given the opportunity to ACCEPT  or REJECT  the credit entry
Please Note these use cases:
    1. If you enter a CEULid:email address  pair and the email address used is not currently a CEU Holder in your platform, the system will send an invitation to the email address, asking them to connect with your organization. If they do not immediately respond to that notice,  but instead further in the future they create CEU Locker account with the same email address,  they platform will recognized the saved credit entries, and offer them the opportunity so recover it at that point.
    2. If you end a CEULid:email address pair and the email address is no longer valid, or not accessible by that CEU Holder,  you can simply add in a new CEULid:email address pair with their updated email address.  You can ignore the orphaned credit pair that was entered.
