ADMINS: Licensing Buckets for Administrators

The licensing bucket system in CEU Locker, is designed to help CEU Holders in your industry, understand their progress toward continuing education credit goals. If your industry has a defined set of continuing education goals, either by convention or by licensing requirements, the Admin organization can set up a collection of "suggested"or default licensing buckets for a defined term, in order to assist CEU Holder users that have connected to your organization. If you're connected CEU Holders choose to copy over your default licensing buckets, they are allowed to modify or edit their own bucket set as they need, in their dashboard settings area.

These default licensing bucket collections are created in the organization's Admin page, under the settings button. Although multiple collections of licensing buckets may be set up in the Admin panel, only one set may be live or turned on in anyone instance. As a certain licensing term comes to an end and a new licensing term is on the horizon, this is when administrators should create a new default licensing bucket set and determine when it should go live for new users in their system.

In general, one bucket is created for every area of continuing education goal that needs to be achieved. This could be caught by convention in your industry, or due to licensing requirements. If your industry does not have separate areas of continuing education needs, you can simply set up a "General Credits" requirement as your only default licensing bucket.
