CEU Locker Emails are going to my spam folder, or otherwise not arriving!
The most common reason for not receiving your email validation message, is filtering or blocking of our email address bye your email provider. Here are several ways that you can help increase the chance of receiving the validation email:
- Add the address: notifications@ceulocker.net to your contact book
- Whitelist the email address and/or the entire domains: ceulocker.net and ceulocker.com . This may require assistance by your institution's IT department
- Send a fake email from your address to notifications@ceulocker.net which will often allow incoming messages from the same box to arrive safely.
If these options above do not work, it would be best to register a new account with a different email address you control, outside of the domain or network of your previous attempts.
