GERNERAL: Important information on how Primary, Alternate, and Inactive Emails work in CEU Locker.

All users are able to add additional email addresses into their my profile account. This area is accessed in the top right corner, on the pulldown menu, and labeled My Profile.  See screenshot.

Primary Email listed will be the official user account login email used by CEU Locker. Additionally all communication from C locker, any organization you are connected to, will be routed to this primary email address only

Alternate Emails should be registered in your account, for the purpose of discovering possible CEU credit quantities that you have taken in the past, or may take in the future. CEU Providers, and CEU organizations that issue credit for their events or courses, may enter your email address in order to offer you credit for these events. Entering any email addresses you have used in the past, or any existing email addresses you may have registered something under, can help our system discover these credit items for you. These alternate email addresses are not used for any other purpose in our system. In order to register an alternate email address, you must still have access to that email box, since verification link will be sent to that box to validate your ownership.

Inactive Email addresses are ones that you have previously validated, but no longer have direct access to the box verification purposes.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS:
  1. My Profile (top right) >>  Manage Emails tab
  2. click "Add Additional Email"
  3. click the verification link sent to your additional email box
  4. Once verified, you can the click 'make primary'  button, to designate the new email address as you official one.
