HOLDERS: Entering CEU Credit into Dashboard

CEU Holders can add course credit to their dashboard and several different ways.

First, on the draft tab on your dashboard, clicking the yellow button: "+Add New Credit",  offers two separate options for entering credit information: A) manually entering the details of your course credit information,  B) entering a previously approved CEUL number that you have been given during a course or credit event participation.

A) If you are entering credit information manually, complete as many intake field as possible, including uploading any documentation you have about the successful completion of this credit event. PDFs are the only allowable file format to upload. If you need assistance creating a PDF, please visit this free website for many PDF functions, no account is necessary.
Once you have completed the data entry for your credit event, saving the input form returns you back to your dashboard. At that point, if youR organization allows the review and approval of individual CEU Holder credit items, you will see a dark blue checkmark icon (A.1) allow allowing you to make that submission into your Organization.
Alternatively you may see a three cube stack icon (A.2) that says 'Self-Store' credit.  Pressing this button will allow you to store this continuing education credit item, moving it to the finalized tab.

B)  if you have an existing CEUL ID number from a credit provider or professional association that has previously approved a CU credit event, you can enter the CEUL number (ex: CEUL408934)  and credit will be deposited into your dashboard Finalized tab instantly.

Second, in some instances, organization administrators, or CEU Providers themselves, may enter course credit that you have completed with them, directly into your system. When this occurs, you will get a notification via email from notifications@ceulocker.net   that a credit entry has been entered for you, and asking if you'd like to accept the entry into your Locker.
