PROVIDERS: I would like a refund for my application payment. How do I get that?

Each course credit application submission has 2 fee components to consider.


A) CEU Locker System Fee Credit -  this small fee is purchased ahead of time from CEU Locker. Please click here to learn more about the system fee credits. If you need a refund of a system fee credit, please complete a support ticket form at the bottom of this page, making sure to include your CEULid number pertaining to the application that you would like removed.

B) Organization Submission Fee - each Accrediting Organization using the CEU Locker platform, manages and charges their own independent fees, processed via their own credit card gateway. CEU Locker does not set prices for these nor are we able to manage refunds. Please contact the organization specifically to arrange your refund, making sure to include your CEULid, and a description of the problem you encountered.  You can find those contact points here.
