PROVIDERS: What do we do if the deficiency in our application is not clear from the Organization’s communication?

We know that receiving a Not Yet Approved notification can be frustrating.  There are generally two main ways to solve this issue quickly and resubmit:
  1. 1) Inspect the instructions or comments left by the Organization, on your Needs Attention dashboard tab.

  2. 2) Review the Organization's submission crib sheet
    1. The instructions given in these crib sheets often outline precisely what needs to be submitted and in what format.  Follow these instructions to the letter.
    2. To lookup the crib sheet for the organization of interest, try the lookup tool here.
  3. 3) If the above efforts do not give your a clear enough understanding of the deficient areas in your CEUL,  contact the Organization's Administrator for further understanding. 
    1. When you contact the Administrator, always include the CEULid of the application you are referencing.
