PROVIDERS: What Does This Mean?

Continuing education credit applications submitted into Organizations on the CEU Locker platform, can receive 3 different notification options back from the organization: APPROVED, NOT YET APPROVEDDENIED

APPROVED:
Approved application notifications have fully passed the requirements of the accrediting organization. These CEUL listings on your dashboard will appear in the Finalized tab and are locked from further editing. For CEU Holders that are utilizing the Licensing Bucket feature, you can then assign these credit hours, to one or more of your existing  buckets.

NOT YET APPROVED:
Not Yet Approved application notifications appear on your dashboard under the Needs Attention tab and are received when an accrediting organization finds that your application is missing certain required documentation or other elements that are needed to grant full approval. In most cases these organizations will indicate what the deficiencies are in the application, when they return it to you as Not Yet Approved. If you do not fully understand the reasoning for the Not Yet Approved rating, it is best to first consult the Organization's downloadable crib sheet, and then, if further understanding is needed, contact the Organization directly, making certain that you include the CEUL number and any relevant understandings.

In many cases a holder can simply rectify the deficiencies in the initial submission, and resubmit into the same organization, without further fees required.

DENIED:
Denied applications appear on the Needs Attention tab of your dashboard, and are given such a designation as a final decision, and are returned to your dashboard, locked from further interaction or resubmission. If you need to resubmit a Denied application, you will need to utilize the duplicate icon to create a new CEUL application, and submit into the accrediting organization again.
