ADMINS: User Management Panel - Validated users connected to your Organization on the CEU Locker platform, can be researched here.
This Admin panel area consists of 4 made her areas. Each of these areas are limited to the users that are connected directly to your Organization only:
CEU Holder Accounts area:
This listing contains all users that have connected to your organization as a CEU Holder. In this panel you can find information about the CEU Holder such as profile and contact information, password reset ability, listing of payments made by the user, there finalized CEU Locker contents, etc.
In addition, and this area you can manage there upgraded access level to Reviewer or Administrator of your system (User Details section).
Admin Accounts area:
This listing filters for user accounts in your system that have been given the Administrator access level.
Organization Administrators can be designated in your panel, by locating the user first in your CEU Holder panel, then opening User Credentials/Privileges. See screenshot.
Reviewer Accounts area:
This listing filters for user accounts in your system that have been given the Reviewer access level.
Organization Reviewers can be designated in your panel, by locating the user first in your CEU Holder panel, then opening User Credentials/Privileges panel. View this screenshot.
Note:
A user will not be eligible to upgrade to an official Reviewer unless they have answered the specific organizational reviewer questions that you have set up. See this KB article.
Additionally an existing Reviewer will not be able to downgrade out of Reviewer status, unless they have completed all of their assigned active reviews in their queue, or had their active reviews retracted by an Administrator.
Provider Accounts area:
This listing contains all CEU Providers that have submitted applications into your organizations platform. The data can be sorted by the number of applications they submitted. An export of this data can be downloaded, and utilized by an Organization to contact these Providers for potential additional opportunities you could provide them to interact with your Organization.
